South Africa’s leading thought leaders will convene in the Eastern Cape from the 21st to the 23rd November to discuss tech in the public sector. This discussion will take place under the auspices of the ICT Summit, a flagship conference that has existed for more than 16 years. The 17th ICT Summit will focus on the theme “Cloud Usage and Digital Infrastructure Delivery”. One of the key discussions during the 17th ICT Summit will focus on how the public sector can use technology to advance society. The skills challenge will also receive attention in a panel of discussion that will include Lubega who founded an education platform.
